The agreement between you and Pathways Home when you use the app.

By using the Pathways Home app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Who can use Pathways Home
Pathways Home is invitation-only. You can sign in if your mobile number matches a record held by a participating loan officer or lender. You must be at least 18 years old. You're responsible for keeping access to your mobile number secure, since a one-time code sent to it is what signs you in.
Estimates are estimates
The numbers in this app are estimates, not promises. Home values, equity figures, savings scenarios, payoff timelines, and cash-out illustrations are automated estimates based on third-party data and assumptions that may be incomplete or out of date.
They are not an appraisal, not a loan offer, not a commitment to lend, not a guarantee of terms or rates, and not a substitute for financial, tax, or legal advice. Your actual options depend on underwriting, your credit, the property, and market conditions at the time. Talk to your loan officer or a qualified professional before making a decision.
Property and listing information
Listings, property details, and market data come from third-party sources. We don't guarantee they're accurate, complete, or current. Availability and price can change without notice. Nothing in the app is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any property.
Your loan officer
Your loan officer and their company are separate from Pathways Home. We don't control the advice, products, rates, or terms they offer, and we aren't responsible for them. Your relationship with them is governed by whatever agreements you have with them directly.
Using the app properly
Please don't:
- Sign in as, or attempt to access the account of, anyone else
- Scrape, bulk-download, or resell data from the app
- Interfere with, probe, or attempt to break the service or its security
- Use the app for anything unlawful
Third-party services
Some features are provided by other companies — home search is powered by ComeHome, and sign-in codes are delivered by Twilio. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do. See our privacy policy for what's shared with them.
Your content
Anything you enter or share through the app remains yours. You give us permission to use it only as needed to operate the service for you, as described in the privacy policy.
Ending your access
You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if your lender relationship ends, or if we discontinue the service.
Service availability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information in it will always be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathways Home and its providers won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the app — including any decision you make based on an estimate shown in it. Some places don't allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law allows.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
